Main Duties

  • Providing initial and emergency health services and referring individuals to health institutions when necessary, 
  • Offering health and nutrition consultancy services, and designing as well as monitoring diet programs, 
  • Conducting mental, emotional, and behavioral health assessments, determining the appropriate treatment method for individuals, administering individual and group therapies, and referring patients to healthcare institutions when necessary, 
  • Organizing and overseeing the planning and execution of scientific, cultural, sports, and social events, 
  • Designing and publishing event announcement materials on appropriate platforms, 
  • Managing and documenting the organizational processes for academic and administrative unit activities, 
  • Allocate the conference hall and provide technical support (audio, visual, and lighting), 
  • Managing and reporting on the establishment, operation, and closure processes of student clubs, 
  • Establishing university sports teams and representing the university in tournaments, 
  • Chairing the Graduation Ceremony Organizing Commission, 
  • Conducting the processes for Student Council elections and providing support for its activities, 
  • Ensuring the candidate student page remains up-to-date,  
  • Organizing activities that accurately introduce the university within a broad framework, including secondary education institutions, teachers, students, and parents, 
  • Participating in career days and fairs 
  • Following up on advertising and promotional tasks 
  • Contributing to the work of commissions appointed by the Rectorate, 
  • Ensuring the continuity of change and development by improving quality processes.
