1.1.Acquires knowledge about the history and fundamental principles of Pilates.
1.2.Understands the basic application of Pilates matwork exercises.
1.3.Gains knowledge about the principles of Pilates practice and the introduction and use of auxiliary materials.
2.1.Understands the fundamental principles of Pilates matwork exercises.
2.2.Recognizes the importance of breathing exercises and correct posture.
2.3.Reaches an understanding of the functions of the spine and core stabilization.
3.1.Applies basic Pilates movements with starting positions, control points, and modifications.
3.2.Performs Level-I Mat exercises and works with auxiliary materials such as exercise bands, Pilates balls, and circles.
3.3.Carries out matwork series exercises.
4.1.Analyzes how exercises are performed with correct form and technique.
4.2.Assesses the difficulty levels of exercises and selects appropriate modifications.
5.1.Gains the ability to teach Pilates matwork exercises to others and conducts form and performance evaluations.
5.2.Develops strategic recommendations related to Pilates practice.
