AimTo enable today's young filmmaker candidates to develop a perspective on the periods, movements, and tendencies of Turkish cinema and to create today's cinema with examples from the past. To introduce students to the cinema films shot in the World Cinema that left their mark on history and the directors of those films and to create a cinema culture.

1. Its appearance, economic structure, and works are explained from the beginning stages of Turkish cinema history until the 1960s, when it was adopted as art and culture. 12, 6A, E, F
2. In the course, cinema films shot in all parts of the world and the directors of these films will be analyzed. 6A, F
3. The shooting conditions and the details that make these films and directors special will be examined in the context of geography, history, and sociology. 14, 6A, F
4. Detailed analyses will be made in every field, from the first years to the last years of cinema.6A, F
