Aim | Students will be taught the concept and theories of finance, the development of public finance, its purpose and functions, public institutions and organizations, public service, public revenue, public expenditures and their classification, tax law and theory, principles of taxation, classification of taxes, definition of budget, importance and function of budget theories. , principles and techniques, examination of the Turkish Tax System, central government finance and local government finance, the concept of fiscal distribution and intergovernmental relations, the aims and tools of fiscal policy, fiscal policy implementation methods, fiscal policy to achieve economic, social and other objectives and in Turkey. It aims to provide the information basis for evaluating fiscal policy practices in the context of the Public Financial Management Control Law No. 5018 and other legal regulations. |
