AimThe aims of this program are the understanding of what sport psychology is, to learn the history of sport psychology, to use the methods in proper situations and to convey the topics such as personality in sports, motivation, stress, anxiety, leadership, mental training techniques, group cohesion, group dynamics, imagination, self-confidence, athlete’s injuries and psychological functioning, character development and aggression in sport.
