The aim of this course is to transfer the knowledge related to basic health psychology concepts and relevant research methods. The biological, psychological and social concepts of health, illness and wellbeing will be examined. Subjects such as health beliefs, addictive behaviours, pain, and stress will be conveyed in relation to literature and current research studies.
