Aim | Explain the European human rights mechanisms such as the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), their operation and the historical background of how these mechanisms emerged, to teach basic concepts, related laws and discussions about the European Human Rights Law, to raise individuals who are sensitive to human rights issues. |
