AimThe purpose of this course is to provide students with the basic terminology and principles, to introduce students to the topics and issues that psychologists study, the research methods they employ, their major findings, and theways in which psychologists apply the research findings to the solution of personal and societal problems.
Course ContentThis course contains; Introduction to Psychology: Psychology as a science,Basic behavioral approaches in Psychology,Research Methods in Psychology,Evolutionary and Biological Foundations of Behavior ,Learning and Behavior Analysis,Perception,Memory and cognition,The Conscious and Awareness,Emotions,Developmental Psychology,Understanding Human Personality,Evaluating Human Personality,Intelligence,Psychological Disorders,Treatment in Psychology.
