AimThis course aims to identify the changes in governal institutions and the public sector, the roles of the developments in the field of artificial intelligence in the organization and management levels, especially through the impact of industry 4.0 on digital transformation, and to inform them about the elements and actors of the post-digital transformation in the world by transferring them together with the transition to electronic state. .
