AimThe aim of this course is to provide basic information about photography technology and usage methods, to be able to be used effectively in a conceptual context and to contribute to professional experience with the practices performed. The aim of this course is to give information about the introduction of photographic equipment and equipments, to give information about the proper use of these equipments / equipments and to provide the usage discipline. To help students to understand the meaning of the elements in the photographs taken in the students and their relations with each other, to evaluate the photographs as technical and content, assess the relevance of the subject; to help them design photographs according to news / writing.
Course ContentThis course contains; What is a photo? Development of photography, history and development of news photography. Technical process of photography. Operating principles of 35mm and digital cameras. Properties of film and digital materials.,Exposure and control systems. Aperture and shutter speed definitions and the relationship between them. Film speeds. Iso use areas. Depth of field and focus systems. Composition information. Perspective studies in photography., Introduction of lenses. Principles of physical work. Lens types and usage areas. Normal, wide, tele, zoom and macro lenses.,Composition. Reading/talking about Gilless Peress's Iranian project to create the correct composition.,Outdoor photography shooting in the current environment. Classroom will be held outside. Machine / Aperture / Shutter / Lens relations practice.,Photography and Society. Creating a project.
