AimThe first goal of the course is to classify the reasons/concepts regarding the limitation of rights and freedoms in terms of subject. Thus, it will be determined which goals are priority or dominant. The second aim of the course, in connection with the first, is to reveal how the concepts are used in ordinary and extraordinary situations in the context of different country examples. Therefore, the analysis of the reasons that limit or suspend rights and freedoms is beyond the scope of this course, as each has broad content that requires separate study.
