AimThe aim of this course is to present concept of human rights, its evolution and principal philosophers and main texts of this issue, and to explain current situation of human rights in globalization process, international public opinion on human rights, place of human rights issue in foreign policy of states and protection organizations and then discussions on the future of human rights.
