Aim | The aim of the course is to provide students with detailed information about current issues in the organizational behavior literature. In line with the information obtained by the students on the axis of these current issues, it is another activity that is aimed to enable the students to better understand the causes and consequences of the behaviors of the employees in organizational life and to use this information in order to improve organizational effectiveness. |
