Human Resources Unit carries out all kinds of personnel affairs of the academic and administrative staff of the university following the laws, regulations and directives of the university. The main task of the unit is to plan the labour force at the right time, in the right place, within the framework of the right person principle and to develop policies in this direction. The responsibility of the orientation training of the first recruits at our university and continuous vocational training belongs to this unit.
