Istanbul Medipol University Vocational Schools held a meeting for quality accreditation studies.
Istanbul Medipol University Quality Accreditation Office organized a Vocational School Accreditation meeting. The meeting was chaired by Vice President and Quality Commission Coordinator Prof. Recep Öztürk and attended by Director of Vocational School of Social Sciences Prof. Rana Atabay Kuşçu, Director of the Vocational School Lecturer Sena Didem Erkal Tuyji, Director of Vocational School of Health Services Prof. İlknur Keskin, Assistant Director Dr. Derya Tuğlu, and Assistant Director of Vocational School of Health Services Lecturer Hasan Sağcan. While examining the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Vocational Education (MEDEK) accreditation process calendar, the main topic of the meeting was to determine the programs suitable for application and to carry out improvement activities accordingly. At the meeting, it was also aimed to make progress for the next meeting by determining the aspects open to improvement on issues such as program outcomes, graduate follow-up systems, survey participation, ECTS - course information packages. At the end of the meeting, the participants were informed about the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Vocational Education (MEDEK) “Self-Assessment Report Criteria - Current Situation Assessment Table” prepared by Harun Gülay, Quality Accreditation Office Supervisor. The table prepared in this context is aimed to guide the units in the accreditation process.
