The aim of this course is to improve the awareness and provide a roadmap for students about project management. For this purpose, initiating, planning, executing, controling and close up process groups are analyzed in the frame of knowledge areas of the contemporary project management body of knowledge. With this knowledge the students will be able to use tools and techniques for efficent and effective projects in logistics of the related sector.
