AimThe aim of the course is to provide students with detailed information about current issues in the organizational behavior literature. Another aimed activity is to enable students to better understand the causes and consequences of employees' behavior in organizational life, in line with the information they obtain on these current issues, and to use this information to improve organizational effectiveness.
Course ContentThis course contains; Basic terms of Organizational Behaviour,Perception, Attitude and Attribution,Learning,Personality and Ego,Emotions,Needs and Motivation,Needs and Motivation,Groups,Culture,Belief and Values,Conflict,Current Concepts in Organizational Behaviour,Current Concepts in Organizational Behaviour,Reviews.

2.2. Differentiates the cultural differences.
