Aim | 1. Finally, to create a practical and theoretical knowledge in order to provide an understanding of social security legislation 2. To analyse the Turkish Social Security system, and functions of social insurances 3. To provide an understanding of the fundamental concepts of social security law, importance of social security rights. |
Course Content | This course contains; The concept of Social Security and Historical development of Social Security,Principles and Financing of Social Security,Welfare Support, Social Services,Civil Society Organizations and Social Security,Sources of Social Security law, place in the legal system, the Turkish Social Security System,Administrative management of social insurance (Social Security Administration) and As the primary source of financing of social insurance,Administrative management of social insurance (Social Security Administration) and As the primary source of financing of social insurance,The Short and Long Term Insurance Branch of insurance,Short-Term Insurance Branches (Work Accident and Occupational Disease, Sickness and Maternity Insurance ),Universal health insurance,Long Term Insurance Branches,Long Term Insurance Branches (disability insurance),Long Term Insurance Branches(old age and survivors insurance),Unemployment insurance and Private pension. |
