Aim | The aim of “Organizational Communication” course; with the modern world, everyday life has undergone a great change. As a result of this change, organizations have had an important place in life. From this point of view, primarily, the organization’s emergence period will be traced. Then the formation of organizational behavior and the process of communication within the organization will be questioned. |
