Assessment and Evaluation

Course Success and Grading System The success of a course is determined by the final course grade. This grade is calculated by evaluating the student’s performance throughout the semester, including midterm exams, practical applications, group projects, and similar coursework, along with the final examination. Students who score below 50 on the final examination are considered unsuccessful, regardless of their performance in other components. In order to pass a course, a student must either achieve a minimum final grade of 60 or attain a grade calculated as 2.27 times the number of achievements (based on institutional criteria).
