Course Content | This course contains; Aviation History and Introduction to Aviation / Development of Air Transport,Duties and features in the Scope of Passenger Services,Flight types / Passenger Categories,Check-in / Boarding and Baggage Services,Types of Tickets and Reading Tickets,Visa and Passport,Dangerous Goods Awareness ( Category 9 ),Dangerous Goods Awareness ( Category 9 ),Security awareness at airports,Terms / Codes used in the aviation alphabet and Passenger Services,Factors Causing Error in Passenger Services,Interpersonal Communication in Passenger Services,Airport Ground Services and passenger services relations,General repetition of topics. |

1.1- They can say the tail information of aircraft and airport port information at international level using the alphabet. | ||
