AimThe aim of this course is to enable the student to define, identify and summarize the major gods of Greek and Roman mythology, their functions and their symbols in fine arts and literature, to comprehend the everyday uses of mythological stories, to analyze their meanings, to compare and evaluate different contemporary uses and to propose new uses.
