Aim | In terms of knowledge, the aims of this course are to explain the concept of personal data, its scope, legal nature, and elements within the framework of the protection of personal data; to provide information within the scope of the personal data protection law, to examine the theoretical information regarding the protection of personal data and the disputes encountered in practice; to contribute to the formation of the legal infrastructure with current court decisions and examples of case laws. |
