At the end of this course the student will be able to;
1. Evaluates the relationships established in social life not only in terms of interpersonal relations, but also in terms of the relationships established by all living-non-living species individuals among themselves and with individuals of other species10, 16, 9
1.1 It assimilates scientific thought specific to law on the basis of relations established in social life, within the framework of the systematic integrity of the rules that regulate these relations10, 16, 9
1.2 Discusses the law in the formation, functioning and termination processes of the rules that regulate the relations between the entities defined as "person" and "property" in social life10, 16, 9
1.3 Examines the fictionality in the definition of "person" and the concrete reality in the definition of "things" in the field of legal thought10, 16, 9
1.4 It examines the sources of the rules that regulate the relations established in social life, the upper and lower norms alignment and importance between the sources in the implementation of the rules, how the judge will fill this gap in case of a gap in the rules, the application of the rules in terms of place and time, and the methods of interpreting the rules10, 16, 9
2. Examines the judiciary as an extension of the law, the function, functioning and structuring of the judiciary10, 16, 9
2.1 Evaluates the actors of the judicial activity and examines the dynamics of the processes in the judicial activity10, 16, 9
