Aim | The aim of Company Law Knowledge lecture is ensuring the understanding of the student of the transactions rules and institutions, within this framework analysing in detail the general principle and theories of company law and understanding of the general principle and rules of company law and the practice through usage with examples for having the ability to resolve disputes. |
