2.1. Understands Tuckman’s team forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning stages.
2.2. Knows the problems and solutions encountered in the development stages of the team.
3. Experiences how to lead the development stages of the team, which are forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning.

3.1. List the positivity factors of a high performing team.
3.2. List the productivity factors of a high performing team.
3.3. Explain Belbin's team roles and their functions.

4.2. Knows how to ensure employee motivation in virtual teams.
