AimThe purpose of the course is to teach the basic concepts and theories of social psychology and to reveal the relations of social psychology theories with human resources practices.

Introduction and method to Social Psychology,Social Cognition: What is the Social World?,Social Perception: How do we perceive other people?,Self: Understanding ourselves in social situations,Our behavior and contradictions,Attitudes and Attitude change: Thoughts and feelings,Adaptation: influencing behavior,Group processes: influence in social groups,Interpersonal relationships: From first impression to close relationships,Prosocial behavior: why do people help?,Aggression: Why do we break the hearts of others?
