Aim | The aim of this course is to provide a general view of the psychology of women through theoretical and applied perspectives; to examine issues about women, their experiences and gender roles within the context of psychology; to explain various factors (and their psychological aspects) affecting women’s lives in areas such as health, work and relationships; and to help students to develop a critical gender perspective about traditional psychological approaches. |
