Aim in accordance with the introduction of the Civil Code, the basic principles of the law include a general and the law, family law in the legal arrangements for people how they are going to proceed.
Course ContentThis course contains; the rule of law on Civil law branches and systems in the development of the rule of law on civil / in Turkey, the Turkish civil code / methodology and entry into force resources,Rights and varieties and ways to earn the right / invalidity of legal proceedings, willingness, good faith, protection and loss of rights,introduction to the law of persons, beginning and end of personality / capacity to have rights - capacity to act ,Personal right / Protection of personality,Kinship, settlement, register of births deaths and marriages / legal persons in general ,Legal persons' licenses the systems, the rights and the act has been committed, the place of the end of the settlements / associations and foundations,The subject of family law, its importance, characteristics and engagement / The legal nature of marriage, the material and formal conditions of marriage, invalidity of marriage,The reasons for the termination of marriage / General provisions of marriage / Protection of marriage union, legal regime of goods and the end of the regime of the goods,Kinship ,
