AimWithin the scope of safe motherhood, the aim is to make the mother understand the importance of maternal health, to treat the mother as a whole within her family and society with ethical values, and to provide the mother with the necessary knowledge and behaviors to protect and improve her physical, psychological and social health, starting from the intrauterine period, and to assume responsibility for her own health care.
