This course contains; Lab orientation,Blood Type Testing,Isotonic, Hypertonic, Hypotonic Solutions,Bradford Protein Assay,Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR),Bacterial Colonies,Thawing Frozen Cells and Culturing of Cells,Submission of the Take Home Final Project and Oral Defense of the Final Project.
