This course aims to enable students to know the basic concepts of education law and to gain attitudes and behaviors towards applying these rules consciously in working life.

This course contains; Introducing the issue: questioning the place of educational law in discipline of law;learning the educational managers' expectations from educational law. ,Understanding of the State of Law and the rules to be followed while establishing the education systems of the states.,Education and constitutional system; education right; the right to develop her personality freely; fact of vocational education;the relationship between the right to education and other fundamental rights and freedoms,Education Rights and State Obligations of the Disabled and Children in International Law and Turkish Legal System,Managerial institutions according to Turkish education legislation and the functioning of management.
