AimThe methods of discourse analyses,which are based on mainly the linguistic analysis of written discourse or naturally occuring connected speech and language use in social contexts in particular with interactions or dialogues between speakers in films and ads. Various approaches such as Pragmatics, Structuralist Linguistics,Textual Linguistics, Post Structuralism, Social Theory, New Literacy studies,etc to be discussed in addition to those classical approaches including Marxist, Psychological,Social and Semiological; and also the impact of body language as a research material.
