AimThe aim of the course is to give information about the emergence of experimental cinema and its historical development by presenting it with its theories and examples.Beginnings. In the 1920s, two conditions made Europe ready for the emergence of experimental film. First, the cinema matured as a medium and highbrow resistance to mass entertainment began to wane. Second, avant-garde movements in the visual arts flourished. Within its historical flow, the development will be investigated through its masters worldwide.
