Aim | It is aimed to examine the procedures and principles regarding the calculation of labor receivables, which constitute the majority of labor disputes. Regarding the calculation of labor receivables, the calculations that can be encountered in practice both as a party representative or as an expert are made on sample files within the framework of material law and proof law information. |
