Aim | To analyze civil-military relations in democracies, democratic oversight of the security bureaucracy, the historical background and problems of civil-military relations in Turkey, military interventions, militarism, militarization processes, and the socio-political effects of these processes in a historical perspective, through basic concepts and practices. |
