Aim
It is aimed to ensure that health law specialists have knowledge about the basic concepts and principles of medicine and to ensure that they can use medical concepts and principles correctly in health law practices.
Course Content
This course contains; History of Medicine,In the light of the history of medicine, the process of medicine towards the present day and the point it has reached,Diagnosis and Treatment Methods,Medical concepts and principles used in health law practice,Medicine in Health Law Practice,The relationship between health law and medical ethics,Health Law and Medical Research,Current legal developments in the field of health law,Clinical trials,Organ and tissue transplantation,Emergency medical interventions and legal liability,The concept of legal risk in surgical interventions,The importance and foundations of public health,Overall assessment.
