Socio-cultural foundations of contemporary issues of health law.,3. Development of patients’ rights and international bill of rights for patients,4. Reflection of development in the field of medicine and technology to health law.,5. Health care employee’s legal responsibilities as a result of reflection of development in the field of medicine and technology to health law.,6. Definition of medical malpractice and common malpractices as a result of reflection of development in the field of medicine and technology to health law.,7. Legal, ethical, clinical and social dimensions of medical malpractices.,8. Legal aspect of informed consent, informed consent in special medical treatments,9.
