AimThe aim of the course is to make the students familiar with the current issues in organizational literature in details. Within the framework of the knowledge that the students acquire on the axis of these current issues, another aim of this course is to enable the students to understand the cause and effects of the employee behaviors within organizational life better and to make use of this knowledge in an effort to improve organizational efficiency.
