The aim of this course is to enable the students to examine the ear anatomy functionally and to recognize this hearing and balance center.

This course contains; Development of outer, middle and inner ear and the structures in them,Ear Anatomy and hearing physiology (Sound perception and anatomy of the external ear and hearing physiology),Ear Anatomy and hearing physiology (Anatomy of the middle ear and physiology of hearing),Ear anatomy and hearing physiology (Anatomy of inner ear and physiology of hearing),Vestibulocochlear nerve and it is course,Vestibular nerve nucleus,Cochlear nerve nucleus and descending hearing aids,Tinnitus,External ear pathologies causing hearing loss,Middle ear diseases that cause hearing loss(diseases affecting the middle ear cavity and tympanic membrane)-I,Middle ear diseases that cause hearing loss (diseases that affect middle ear bones) -II,Inner ear diseases causing hearing loss-III,Central diseases causing hearing loss-IV,Evaluation and presentations.
