AimThe course goal is the identification of biomolecules, the stages of human metabolism and metabolic pathways to determine the relationship between nutrition and metabolic energy transformations interpretation, hunger, satiety, metabolic examination of cases of the disease, digestive and metabolic explanation of the structure and function of enzymes, vitamins and minerals in the examination of the functions of metabolism, biochemistry experimental methods and techniques used for further analysis to help solve metabolic diet related problems.
