Aim
The aim of the Laboratory Rotation-I course is for Master’s level students to observe and be able to explain the basic technical approaches in scientific research, the basic laboratory equipment usage instructions, and laboratory application that will benefit their thesis work and understanding of the scope of different laboratory disciplines. By rotating in different labs every week, students are aimed to be exposed to the basic laboratory safety and instructions, basic molecular biology techniques, proteomics and genomics applications, flow cytometry, histology applications, microscope and imaging systems, cell culture and experimental animal laboratories.
