The course aims to examine the management of international construction projects in the context of organizations and the dynamics of the international construction industry.The course has three main objectives. The first is to understand the structure and development of organizations that undertake international construction projects. The second is to examine the competitive dynamics and structure of the international construction industry through research articles. In the third stage, the target is the holistic application of the concepts learned in the course through case studies.
