1.To equip students with the basic knowledge, skills, and techniques required for successful construction contract administration by providing education related to the administration and enforcement of contract requirements during the construction phase of the project.
2.To equip students with a basic knowledge about the structure of a construction contract and to provide the basic knowledge and skills for the analysis of disputes, with special emphasis on red flag clauses.
3.To develop an awareness of the basic principles and procedures of contract administration.
4.To develop problem solving skills for the resolution of claims.
