As SURKAM, we participated in the 'OREF - Forest and Ecosystem Summit & Fair', where all stakeholders related to forests and ecosystems came together under the coordination of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Republic of Türkiye.
The Forest and Ecosystem Summit, which took place in Ankara ATO Congresium on 11-13 November, hosted many institutions in the public sector, private sector, NGOs, universities, and the sector. Institutions and organizations participating in the fair explained their efforts to protect the ecosystem and preserve it for future generations.
Prof. Dr. Burcu Yavuz Tiftikçigil defined the place of universities in sustainable development in the panel "Sustainable Development Goals in Universities for the Future of the Ecosystem and Young People" at the invitation of Aslı Dede
