AimThe primary aim of the Logistics Law course is to provide students with an understanding of the legal issues that businesses and professionals operating in the logistics sector may encounter and to equip them with the knowledge and skills to act consciously and appropriately in these matters. This course aims to examine the legal framework regulating logistics operations, understand national and international transportation regulations, address logistics contracts, and gain knowledge in risk management and dispute resolution. Additionally, it provides students with the opportunity to ensure legal compliance in logistics processes and enhance their problem-solving skills in logistics operations. This course establishes the necessary legal foundation for students to work successfully in the logistics sector.
