One of the aims of this course is to provide theoretical information about distribution strategies, main components in physical distribution, distribution costs, distribution channel alternatives and distribution channel selection. In addition, it is aimed to develop problem solving skills in physical distribution. Another purpose is to provide guidance with examples on how to select a physical distribution component and how to monitor the performance of this component.
