Course ContentThis course contains; Conceptual introduction about child in need of protection ,Definition of the child in need of protection, the conditions of protection ,The studies for children who are in need protection in Turkey and in the world ,Social policies and legal regulations for children in need of protection ,Child neglect and abuse ,Reasons for protection of children ,Things to do when taking the child under protection and after child protection,Welfare of disabled children,The legal arrangements for children who are pushed to crime and juvenile
delinquency ,Theoretical approaches to the causes of crime ,Protection and care types for children in need of protection (kindergartens,
orchards, women's male guesthouses service models ,Protection and care types for children in need of protection (love houses,
children's houses, child support centers service models) ,Protection and care types of children in need of protection (foster family,
adoption, service models) ,The effects and consequences of living in the institution on children.
