AimThis lecture aims to enable students to determine the causes of work accidents and occupational diseases, to determine safety measures in the workplace by acquiring knowledge and skills for protection from work accidents and occupational diseases, to gain knowledge about occupational health and safety legislation and to evaluate them with practices in the workplace.
Course ContentThis course contains; Occupational health and safety concepts ,Occupational health and safety history,Laws and regulations on occupational health and safety ,Laws and regulations on occupational health and safety ,Safety culture,Physical and biological risk factors ,Chemical agents,Ergonomics,Psychosocial factors,Risk assessment,Risk assessment,OHS management systems,OHS management systems,Review of the Term .
