Course ContentThis course contains; Basic Concepts of Aviation Safety,Hazards and Safety Risks in Aviation Safety,Human Performance and Limits,Risk Management Techniques,Positive Safety Culture,Human Error and Violations,Risk management in aviation,Measuring and Monitoring Safety Performance
,Safety Management System and its concept.,Legal regulations regarding Aviation Safety.,Introduction to aviation security.,Accident investigation models.,Accident/incident case study.,Aircraft maintenance resource management.

2.Will be able to discuss the relationship between human factors and safety management.4, 9A
2.1.Discusses the factors affecting human performance.
1.1. Describes different safety management approaches.
2.2. Explains what human factors affect safety.
3. Will be able to discuss accident / crime investigation models.16, 4, 9A
3.1. Reads accident reports and applies them to previous accidents.
3.2. The ability to comment on accidents will improve.
4. Will be able to discuss the Safety Management System within the framework of legal regulations.16, 4, 9A
4.1. Explains the connections with the components of the Safety Management System.
5. The relationship between Aircraft maintenance resource management and Crew resource management can be discussed. 16, 4, 9A
5.1. Explain the importance of human factors in care.
5.2. Comments can be discussed by looking at previous aircraft accidents from a maintenance perspective.
5.3. The connections originating from aircraft maintenance can be explained in terms of teamwork and coordination, which are the focus of the two.
